This reference guide takes each exercise from the Best Ranger Workout and demonstrates how each is done.  The guide starts with some stretches and ends with an in-depth look at how to perform exercises safely and correctly.

THOR3 Exercise and Nutrition Guides

THOR3, or Tactical Human Optimization Rapid Rehabilitation and Reconditioning, is a SOCOM program designed to increase SOF Soldiers’ mental and physical capabilities and provide rapid-recover methods for injuries.

 

They have also developed several SFAS training programs as well as a nutritional guideline.
